Speaker: Select a speaker that matches the power rating of your amplifier board. This could be a small speaker for personal use or a larger one for room-filling sound. We take here a 4 inch 20w speaker.
Power Supply: Depending on your preference, opt for either 12-0/1.5ah Transformer and an AC adapter or a DC power source that fits the specifications of your amplifier board.
Enclosure: A sturdy and appropriately sized box or enclosure to house all the components. This could be a wooden box, plastic enclosure, or even a customized 3D-printed case. Here We are useing a wooden Box for Tight BASS.
Digital Display Module: An optional but recommended addition for visual feedback on the current mode, volume level, and track information. We are using 100k VC for manual tuning .for Volume, Bass, Treble Control
Control Buttons and Knobs: Include buttons for power, mode selection (USB, TF, FM), volume control, and tuning for FM radio if needed. If you purchase a Square mp3 board then all bottoms will have manually install, no need for rectangular Board.
Wiring and Connectors: Wires, connectors, and soldering tools to connect all the components securely.
Miscellaneous Tools: Screwdrivers, drill (if necessary for mounting), hot glue gun (for securing components), and other basic tools.
Step-by-Step Assembly:
Prepare the Enclosure:
- Choose an enclosure that comfortably fits all your components. Drill holes for the digital display, control buttons, volume knob, and any other necessary ports or connectors.
Mount the Components:
- Securely mount the amplifier board, digital display module, and speaker inside the enclosure using screws or hot glue. Ensure all components are positioned to allow for easy access to controls and connections.
Wiring Connections:
- Connect the amplifier board to the speaker, ensuring proper polarity for sound quality. Connect the power supply (AC/DC) to the amplifier board, observing correct voltage and current ratings.
Install Control Elements:
- Install and wire up the control buttons and knobs for power, mode selection, volume, and tuning. Test each function to ensure they operate smoothly.
Test and Troubleshoot:
- Before fully closing the enclosure, power on the amplifier box and test all functionalities (USB playback, TF card playback, FM radio). Adjust wiring or component placement as needed.
Final Assembly:
- Once satisfied with the functionality, secure all components inside the enclosure. Close the enclosure and ensure all screws are tightened. Apply any finishing touches to the exterior if desired.
