1. Sales & Services : All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Availability of products and spare parts depends on stock. Products once sold and Service charges once paid are non-refundable.
2. Repair Responsibility : Customers must clearly mention problems at the time of submitting products for Repairing. A1 Technics is not responsible for pre-existing faults not related to the reported issue. Unclaimed repaired items beyond 30 days may attract storage charges.
3. Data Responsibility : Customers are advised to back up data before submitting mobile phones or computers for repair. A1 Technics is not responsible for data loss during repair or software installation.
4. DTH & Installation Services : Installation and service timelines may vary depending on location, availability, and weather conditions. DTH services are subject to the terms of the respective service provider.
5. Limitation of Liability : A1 Technics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.

শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)

১. বিক্রয় ও সার্ভিস সংক্রান্ত শর্ত

A1 Technics-এ প্রদত্ত সকল পণ্যের মূল্য ও সার্ভিস চার্জ পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তনযোগ্য।
পণ্য ও যন্ত্রাংশের প্রাপ্যতা সম্পূর্ণভাবে স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

একবার পণ্য বিক্রয় সম্পন্ন হলে অথবা সার্ভিস চার্জ পরিশোধ হয়ে গেলে তা কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (Non-Refundable)।

২. রিপেয়ার সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব

রিপেয়ারের জন্য পণ্য জমা দেওয়ার সময় গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই যন্ত্রের সমস্যাগুলো স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
গ্রাহক কর্তৃক উল্লেখ না করা পূর্ববর্তী ত্রুটি বা সমস্যার জন্য A1 Technics কোনো দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করবে না।

রিপেয়ার সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য সংগ্রহ না করলে অতিরিক্ত স্টোরেজ/সংরক্ষণ চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৩. ডাটা সংক্রান্ত দায়বদ্ধতা

মোবাইল ফোন, কম্পিউটার বা অন্য যেকোনো ডিভাইস রিপেয়ারের জন্য জমা দেওয়ার পূর্বে গ্রাহককে নিজ দায়িত্বে সমস্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ডাটা ব্যাক-আপ নেওয়ার জন্য পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

রিপেয়ার প্রক্রিয়া বা সফটওয়্যার ইনস্টলেশনের সময় কোনো প্রকার ডাটা লস, ফাইল নষ্ট হওয়া বা তথ্য হারানোর জন্য A1 Technics দায়ী থাকবে না।

৪. DTH ও ইনস্টলেশন সার্ভিস

DTH সংযোগ, ইনস্টলেশন ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সার্ভিসের সময়সীমা অবস্থান, স্টাফের প্রাপ্যতা এবং আবহাওয়ার অবস্থার ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

DTH সার্ভিস সম্পূর্ণভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডারের শর্ত ও নিয়মের অধীন পরিচালিত হবে।

৫. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

A1 Technics কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত পণ্য বা সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণামজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।
