Guarantee & Warranty Policy

1. Product Warranty

All products sold and billed by A1 Technics are covered exclusively under the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with the respective brand’s terms and conditions.
The warranty period, coverage, and service eligibility vary depending on the product type and brand.

To avail of warranty services, customers must retain and present the original purchase bill/invoice along with the applicable warranty card (if provided). Failure to produce valid proof of purchase may result in warranty claims being denied.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from physical impact, liquid or water exposure, power surges, electrical faults, improper handling, negligence, misuse, or any unauthorized use or modification of the product.

2. Service & Repair Policy

All repairing and servicing work carried out by A1 Technics is strictly non-warranted. No warranty or guarantee is provided on repaired parts, labor, or service outcomes, unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of service.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty shall be considered void in cases including, but not limited to:

• Physical damage such as breakage, cracks, or burns

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, or improper installation

• Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuations, power surges, or faulty power supply

• Damage resulting from natural calamities such as fire, flood, lightning, or earthquakes

• Software-related issues caused by viruses, malware, third-party applications, unauthorized software installations, or system modifications

গ্যারান্টি ও ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি

১. পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টি

A1 Technics থেকে বিলসহ বিক্রিত সকল পণ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ড/নির্মাতার ওয়ারেন্টি নীতির আওতাভুক্ত, যা সম্পূর্ণভাবে সেই ব্র্যান্ডের শর্ত ও নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
পণ্যের ধরন ও ব্র্যান্ড অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ এবং কভারেজ ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা গ্রহণের জন্য গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই মূল বিল/ইনভয়েস এবং ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) সংরক্ষণ করে রাখতে হবে এবং দাবি করার সময় তা প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। বৈধ ক্রয় প্রমাণ না থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি বাতিল হতে পারে।

নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না:

• শারীরিক ক্ষতি (ভাঙা, ফাটল ইত্যাদি)

• পানি বা তরল দ্বারা ক্ষতি

• বিদ্যুৎজনিত সমস্যা বা পাওয়ার সার্জ

• ভুল ব্যবহার, অবহেলা বা অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার/পরিবর্তন

২. সার্ভিস ও রিপেয়ার নীতি

A1 Technics কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত কোনো রিপেয়ার বা সার্ভিসের ওপর কোনো প্রকার ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়, যদি না লিখিতভাবে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়। রিপেয়ারকৃত যন্ত্রাংশ, শ্রম বা সার্ভিস ফলাফলের ওপর কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি দেওয়া হবে না।

৩. ওয়ারেন্টি বহির্ভূত বিষয়সমূহ

নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে:

• ভাঙা, পোড়া বা অন্যান্য শারীরিক ক্ষতি

• অপব্যবহার, দুর্ঘটনা, ভুল ইনস্টলেশন বা অসাবধানতার কারণে ক্ষতি

• ভোল্টেজ ওঠানামা, পাওয়ার সার্জ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহের কারণে ক্ষতি

• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ যেমন আগুন, বন্যা, বজ্রপাত বা ভূমিকম্প

• ভাইরাস, ম্যালওয়্যার, তৃতীয় পক্ষের অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা অননুমোদিত সফটওয়্যার পরিবর্তনের ফলে সৃষ্ট সফটওয়্যার সমস্যা
